I just want to comment on this post even though it's old, for others who may read it. If you over-train and eat too few calories your body will go into starvation mode and you can actually gain weight even though you are working out. I've been tracking everything I eat, drink, how much sleep I get and when I exercise and I recommend doing this as well. For example, I noticed when I don't drink enough water I gain 3 pounds overnight. If I don't get enough sleep, I also gain weight. Too much coffee, ditto. If I even have one piece of white bread, the pounds come back on. Every body is different so you want to look at factors like sleep as well (sleep is extremely important for weight loss because of the impact stress hormones have on the body).
I have not tried Jillian's products, and of course they are supposed to be supporting other healthy lifestyle habits like good nutrition and exercise. And if all else fails, you've tried everything and have adequate caloric intake and not over-training, go see an endocrinologist to rule out the role of hormones. Just my 2 cents.
