I am so sad and disappointed that people are buying into Jillian's diet pill scam. And she is such a hypocrite for always preaching about natural healthy weightloss with diet and exercise and then trying to make a quick buck by selling DIET PILLS. Think about it! There is no such thing as "quick start rapid" weight loss. You have to do it yourself through hard work, diet and exercise. Ask any doctor, RD or personal trainer and they will tell you the key to LONG TERM healthy weight loss is by doing it naturally.

You don't need a drug to make you not feel hungry. When you have a craving, eat something healthy. Hell, eat an entire cantaloupe and four heads of lettuce with a light vinaigrette dressing and you're still in good shape. Once you get into a routine of consuming fewer calories + working out, you will begin to notice the differences.

I lost 25 lbs without any pills or supplements. I work out HARD, I use body-weight training, yoga and cardio and I burn more calories than I take IN. It's not rocket science people, and any pill or supplement you take will inevitably turn out to be a short-term distraction from achieving the kind of weight loss you can maintain for the rest of your life.
