i took one bottle of the fat burner and lost 5 pounds, i was extremely happy with the pills as they do not give you gitters or any bad side effects i have had with many other pills. i recently bought the calorie burner instead of the fat blocker. i wanted to see the difference between the two. i am noticing it takes a few days for my body to get regular and let these supplements work and am starting to see it with the calorie pills. i truly like these supplements and will be purchasing them together as soon as i can.
