The Formula "diet" works awesome for people who are on a plateau (they have a fat flush program that doesnt even seem like a diet) it basically is 403030 splitup using carbs, protein and fats. its for insulin resistant people (pcos people) for diabetics - people with high blood pressure. it is a lifestyle change. I lost 50lbs on it. they say no caffeine the first two weeks - and no sugars (other than the natural ones in fruits ) with or without working out you can lose weight. I went to the gym 4 days per week. 20 min cardio and weight training. the result was amazing! its a healthy way of eating using all foods, and you get a lean toned look.
