Hello Anonymous,
I have been increasing my calorie intake Slightly, and seeing what happens. So far I have been holding steady; not gaining and not loosing. I am such a creature of Habbit, I don't know if I could stop working out for a week. :) But I am increasing calories...slowly. We'll see what happens. Thanks for the advice!
