Hello there,
I know what your saying about not eating "enough Calories". I agree that I think sometimes I have my body in "starvation mode". I have tried slowly adding calories back to my diet before and only end up gaining about 10 pounds. I seem to do ok if I stick to 1200 a day. My sister is a Nurse practitioner and we talk at length about this. Yes PCOS is or can be a balancing hormone nightmare. :) It affects my bodies ability to use insulin to process sugar correctly. So I don't eat many sugars/sweets or starches. The problem I have is I am not considered medically "overweight" so getting insurance to send me to a specialist has been a battle. My OB is helping me with this, but as of now, I have not been able to see one. It is frustrating because the only reason I am not "overweight" is because I go to extremes not to be. :) I would LOVE to sit down with a Nutrition Expert who is aware of the affects of PCOS and find some sort of balance to my diet and exercise life.
I use Jillian Michaels 30 day shred video as part of my workout. I do like it. I didn't shred, but I like the routines. :) I am glad the suppliments are working for some people!

Thanks for your comments!
