The most likely reason you're not losing any weight is that you are actually eating too FEW calories. Your body needs as certain amount to function properly and when you eat less than that, your body kicks into starvation mode and hangs onto all the fat stores it can. Try calculating your resting metabolic rate (or basal metabolic rate) using a formula you can find on google. Then add in a few hundred calories more and stick with that. Never dip below 1200 calories, especially if you are exercising!!! This is very unhealthy. You need more calories to function, and there is no way you can get adequate nutrition like this. Also, you may want to consider going to an endocrinologist. I don't know much about PCOS, but I am aware that it can really alter your hormone levels, which may also contribute to your struggle to lose weight. Good luck, and please stay healthy!
