Interesting! Thanks for going through all of the time & energy to research this topic. I have been purchasing Celtic sea salt recently, as it contains more trace minerals (and, I assumed that it contains iodine). I will look at the ingredients list, and I am also surprised by the processed foods that they contain SO much salt and it is not even iodized salt?! That is frustrating...these processed foods really do not provide any nutrients.
