Unfortunately, only time will tell. Plan B has the side effect of irregular cycles (for just a month, maybe two), and can cause a period to be early or late, and also cause some breakthrough bleeding.
She will probably have a period in the first two weeks of September, since she is regular. (I realize that is not very helpful information!). It is highly unlikely that the incident you described would lead to pregnancy.
