What is not OK is feeling light headed, and still bleeding "really heavy" after 7 days.
Emergency contraception can cause irregular bleeding, and this is normal and not harmful. Having sex, taking emergency contraception, having two periods in the same month...none of these indicate a serious problem.
If you continue to bleed really heavily AND feel light headed, it is important for you to call your gynecologist or family doctor to make sure you are not anemic.
