Can you tell us more about your situation, as every woman is different. One women may experience acne that is hormone-related due to pregnancy; another due to upcoming pregnancy. And, women who are pregnant or have an upcoming pregnancy may not experience acne. In other words: acne really isn't a clue or much help as far as a symptom of a specific condition.
Have you had recent unprotected sex, and are worried that you are pregnant? Are you using any type of birth control pills, condoms or anything else?
