Michele, I haven't posted lately, I was trying different methods, the Fembrace almost seemed to help a bit but even the medium seems a little constricting. I checked with my gyno and she is confering with some of her Dr. buddies to see what other pessary might help, there are so many and I am willing to try them all, the donut small falls, the larger one is hard to get out and I can feel it in my rectum, it pushes, I need one shaped like a tampon to push everything up since I don't have leakage, I am trying the P.T. exercises more frequently(i know it won't cure but it helps temporarily) as I said before I will do anything to avoid surgery, maybe something new will come up.
