I ordered a Fembrace in small and it was too tight around my tummy so I am waiting for a medium, I can see it would help, has anyone worn one for a while, in the meantime I am doing my pelvic exercises and praying for relief..My Tampon helps the most and my pessary is o.k. but feels heavy when I walk, anyone tried a gelhorn...I have a ring right now but am considering a different one, I will do anything to avoid surgery!! Thanks for comments...
