Thanks so much for your comments, it always helps to have support...I forgot about this but my urogynocologist said to me when I had that appt. months ago, Oprah should do a show on this because so many women suffer with this condition and won't talk about it, they just stay uncomfortable or in pain because of embarrassment, I am totally ready to talk about it..I feel better already just holding my tummy in and sitting up straight, this is just the beginning, I am committed to feeling better, thanks again:)
