Blondie, A visit or 2 to a Pelvic floor P.T. might be helpful because they can use biofeedback sensors to detect whether you are really contracting the right muscles and which side might be weak. I know P.T. is helpful for early incontinence. I don't know how much it can help with prolapse but I would imagine in the early stages it can. If your gyn doesn't have someone in mind you can try the American Physical Therapy Association http://www.apta.org//AM/Template.cfm?Section=Home
Click on find a PT and go to the expertise box and scroll down to women's health.
