You actually already answered what my first question was going to be for you: did you change anything in your environment lately, like deodorant, soap, etc? Good job on knowing that those could all cause a rash like the one you have.
I'm not a doctor, but from the sound of it it could be a heat rash. I'm not sure where you live but we're in Phoenix and it's been like 115 degrees lately and I know a lot of other areas of the country are also roasting right now. So that could be it right there.
I looked up heat rash on EmpowHer and I found a short article on how to treat it. It's actually a link that talks about preventing it in babies but I think the advice is good for adults too:
