Hello Anonymous and welcome to EmpowHer!

Thank you so much for visiting the website and for posting your question here. I'm sorry to hear about the rash under your armpits. You actually already answered what my first question was going to be for you: did you change anything in your environment lately, like deodorant, soap, etc? Good job on knowing that those could all cause a rash like the one you have.

I'm not a doctor, but from the sound of it it could be a heat rash. I'm not sure where you live but we're in Phoenix and it's been like 115 degrees lately and I know a lot of other areas of the country are also roasting right now. So that could be it right there.

I looked up heat rash on EmpowHer and I found a short article on how to treat it. It's actually a link that talks about preventing it in babies but I think the advice is good for adults too:

And here's one more link for you--the Mayo Clinic has a nice section on it as well, and you'll see it mentions that it can be super itchy:

Please post again to let us know how you are doing. I hope the advice in these links help. If it still sticks around even after trying the advice in these links you might want to call your doctor just to be sure that's what you are dealing with. I hope you are better and itch-free soon! Best in health, Michelle
