Anytime you have sex without any kind of protection you put yourself at risk for unwanted pregnancy and STDs. The withdrawal method (ejaculating on your stomach) is not a reliable form of birth control because of what is called pre-cum. When a guy is erect, his penis can secrete this fluid which does contain sperm. When that sperm comes into contact with your vagina, you are at risk for pregnancy, etc.
There is lengthy discussion about this topic. Check out the answers given, and educate yourself about safe sex. It's not just a tagline--if you're old enough to fool around, you can (and should) be responsible and protect yourself from unwanted pregnancy and STDs. Get some condoms, spermicide, and/or get on the pill. Sex should be fun and exciting, not stressful.
