Haha, umm..no. I think that the women above was saving that its kinda hard to tell if he's dry or not, because your vagina is naturally moist, and if there was pre-cum, it would be rather hard to determine if he was "dry" or not. In which, rarely but just as possible- pre-cum CAN get you pregnant.
