My only concern with him putting his penis near your anus then "around" your vagina (IF you're sure he didn't ejaculate near that area--which would put you a virtually no risk of pregnancy), is that there are tons of bacteria in the anus, and putting it near your vagina is putting you at risk for a nasty infection. I remember all too well how fun it is to play around when you're an adolescent, but I would like to urge you to be safe. Use condoms, protect yourself from infection AND unwanted pregnancy with other birth control as needed. Have fun but be safe!
