hi i know this is an old post but i was hoping to get some advice i have been spotting since my 7 day break from the pill with on and off nausea and now, and this might seem weird but with a strange pain/discomfort in my right side but that is not the strange part... i have noticed my stomach moving up and down like a heart beat or as a reaction to something is this me making this or is it possible to have a reaction from a fetus early on?
