Living with menopause and estrogen dominance is not easy. I took a saliva test (which is suppose to be the most accurate for checking hormones) and my estrogen was low-normal. I am on bio-identicals and so estrogen was added. My period came (after 3 years of not having a period) and it was decided that low-normal was normal for me and I am just on bio-identical progesterone. And feeling great. Amberen did not work for me because of the estrogen.
