Thank you so much for contributing to our thread about Amberen.

With periods that are still regular, I'm interested in the fact that you were already using bio-identical progesterone-estrogen cream. Were there particular symptoms you were having?

And are you still using the cream, while you try the Amberen?

Have you asked your doctor about these products in relation to your possible estrogen-dominance?

And will you come back and tell us what happens when you add progesterone cream?
