Amberen sounds like it has been very helpful for a lot of people. My concern is that there seem to be no studies of long-term affects. The dangers of HRT were unknown until long-term studies were done. Although the ingredients in Amberen are natural, it is purported to raise estrogen levels. Isn't it true that increased estrogen can possibly contribute to breast cancer? Does anyone have any information regarding long-term usage?
