I have been using Amberen for 5 weeks now and I am a new person! I was having on average 20 hot flashes a day and night sweats every 2 hours. I had not had a solid nights sleep in over 6 months. I was just ready to start taking hormones because I was so miserable and came across info on Amberen. I figured after suffering for 6 months what was 1 more month to try something more natural then hormones. BTW- I am 50 and have not had a period for over a year.
