Dear Anon, thanks so much for your post I know this is difficult for you but there are some things you can do about it. Dr. Sanz had composed a video on losing urine during sex and urinary incontinence. There are three things can cause urinary incontinence during sex:
First- a full bladder. Try emptying your bladder prior to having sex. Sometimes our bladder can be full and we wont realize it until penetration starts, then sex can become painful or uncomfortable. Secondly, Dr. Sanz mentions getting a urine culture because of a possible bacteria that may "live" in your urine causing your bladder irritability. And lastly, it may be that your bladder is contracting.
I hope that this helps some with your question and remember that you don't have to live with this and you can work with your doctor to find a solution to your problem.
