I am 11 going on 12 and im a cheerleader, my knee dose that and its weird becouse ive never had an injury.Cheerleading has been out for like a month.I was serching up this to try and find out why this is happning when i read this, im so sorry this has happend. My mom put an ancle brace on and now its ok but still dose it a liltal bit.
