I am sorry to hear about the loss of your baby. Sore nipples are common. It is also common for milk to come out of the nipple area after a miscarriage which may be the scabbing that you are experiencing. Since many physicians will request that breast stimulation should be minimized, you can try warm water on a washcloth to try and remove the scabbing (and or possible dried milk).
Follow up with your physician is also recommended since there is always always a possibility with complications after any procedure. You indicated that your results should be back next week so this is a good thing.
