My boyfriend is 28 and I'm 20 and we used to have sex all the time but lately he hasn't been wanting to have sex or even cuddle or anything. He has never been very romantic or touchy feel, and I'm not either but you need something to make you feel like a woman. Ive lost weight since we started dating and i don't think its really a problem with me because i haven't been pestering him or anything but i really miss the sex and i can feel myself pulling away from him emotionally because i don't feel that close to him unless we have a physical connection. I'm not saying that we have to have sex to be emotional but he isn't a very emotionally vocal person either. I love him and everything but I'm starting to feel like this may be a deal breaker. he didn't grow up with a dad or a stable home life so its understandable that his communication skills are sub par but it seems like he wants a relationship that takes literally no effort on his part. i just really miss having sex and i miss him. is it just because he is older? am i doomed to taking cold showers forever?
