The patient information center (800-999-NORD) says, "if you have questions about topics related to accessing needed services, a NORD nurse may help. Also genetic counselor makes referrals to counseling centers". You can call this number and ask if there are doctors in your area who have specialize in arachnoid cyst treatment.
4. The Arachnoid Cyst Awareness group (linked from NORD) provides a list of doctors by major city. None are listed for Kentucky, but you may use this to call your nearest hospital listed on this directory, and ask for their recommendation for your city: http://arachnoid-cyst.com/
