A few things to add to my above post. I'm active (walking, stretching & bicycling) - thin with a growing belly - I am 4 mos. pregnant. (The hip pain began a couple months prior to my pregnancy.) I've been managing my pain by lying on back and opposite side, but over the past week, every position hurts. (I know I'm not supposed to lie on my back, but I'm desperate to sleep.) And I took a Tylenol last night and it worked for about 4 hours.
Again, I encourage everyone to see an Orthopedist and ask about Bursitis. For all of us to have such similar pain and for majority to be in their 30s, I don't think it's about us simply getting older.
