I had the same problem. I have dealt with pain in my left hip and leg. I have not had a full nights rest in years. Last week I had a hysterectomy due to uncontrollable pelvic pain and bleeding as a result of endometriosis. As soon as I woke up from surgery, I felt relief in my hip. My doctor said that the endometriosis was very bad on my left side and the cause of my hip pain. Wish I had known this sooner.
