Many factors effect your chances of having osteoarthritis in your 30s, including:
* Obesity
* Genetic factors
* Injury to the joint surface
* Occupations and physical activities that put stress on joints
* Neuromuscular disorders, like diabetes

Have you been able to read the previous 10+ pages on this thread, as there have been many, many options for possible treatment.

Have you talked with your doctor about your chronic pain, especially since you have also experienced an injury?
