Yes! Stretches are a lot of help. SPECIFIC stretches. Find a detailed anatomy chart online. Note the muscle, tendon names in the area of your hip pain. There are stretches for these that we don't usually do. Then search for qualified videos. Or go to a sports chiropractor. Never settle for pain. Even bone, cartilage pain improves with room.
