Further to my reply on April 14 2015, I have since moved house and I haven't had the nightly pain in my hip, which I decided must be Hip Bursitis, at all during 4 months in the new house! I'm still sleeping in the same bed, eating the same diet and getting similar amount of exercise, so why would the pain stop? Does it have anything to do with moving to a much more rural area, or being much further away from the nearest mobile phone mast????
