Have you found any solution yet? I have been suffering years too, with no explanation and have not been able to work for the last year. Nobody can see why its happening but I also wake with my shoulders and elbows aching really badly now, and my knees have started too, but this hip pain is the worst. It is just dreadful to the point I wanna take all my pain killers! I keep getting fobbed off with co-codamol and tramadol and unless I take more than I should I get very little or no pain relief.
