After reading all post I think that the hip pain is happening mainly to:
1. Women in their 30-45
2. After or during pregnancy
Uit there are also exceptions.

I started experiencing the pain in the hip during the pregnancy. Since then it never stopped. It continued to the other hip and also upper back. The pain is only in the morning only 3-4times per week. I have looked everywhere for solution but found nothing. The is one interesting fact that I connect these pains with.

During pregnancy the body changes also because of different hormon
activity happening. Ater pregnancy the body is left in the state as it is but are we aware of the hormonal balance after pregnancy? Do you experience any differencies compared prior to pregancy?

I do:
Hip and upper back pain as I wake up- horrible pain, never had it before pregnancy
Tender breasts before the menstrual period-never had it before, never had any PMS
Different menstruation pattern
Smaller breast size

I have always been active, no weight problems, I eat a healthy diet....

Hormonal balance is usually terated only with prescribing estrogene but there are other hormones in our body as well and ALL should bein balance.
Please, let me know your view on this.
