I had botox 6 years ago and now I have no pain. This was after everything else failed- surgery, steroids, nerve blocks, creams, anti-depressants, gabapentin, etc. My doctor works at Texas Children's Hospital/Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Just Google the names of the hospital + vulvodynia and you will get her name.
