As a health care practitioner (D.C.), cert. personal trainer and published author (strategicbookpublishing.com/TransfromingBodyMindAndSpirit.html) focused on healthy lifestyles, the last four tips are great. But I would hope the public would steer away from weight loss supplements, yet realize their insatiable thirst for immediate results. Thanks for a great article, Dr.David Robinson
