"However living with my kids makes the lack of sex worthwhile. If things get really bad I masturbate and just carry on. It is not perfect but seeking extramarital affairs just so I can get aroused again is not worth endangering my marriage."
He pretty much say the same.... He is afraid though that I will get laid and want to leave. so he hasn't said yes to an open marriage. It's going to have to happen though, because it's killing y self esteem and it's lonely.
