This just happened to me today for the first time, that I've noticed, at least. I am relieved to find out that it is most likely the Pristiq since that seems to be the one common denominator. What I saw did not look like the pill, but rather like, as mentioned above, a chick pea (slightly larger and darker; carrot-colored - not to be gross but there is another site that has a pic and it is exactly what I saw too). I did not touch or open it, so I don't know if the powder was inside. I feel better after being on this drug for a few weeks now (50mg) and it does say you can see the pill case in your stool, so I am going to try to just go with that and presume it releases the drug as it works its way through my system, and perhaps there is some leftover when it is expelled and that is OK. However, they should mention though that it looks different coming out than when it goes in because it really gave me a scare. If anyone else finds out more information, please post it here.
