It is very scary that someone told you not to take Vitamin D since research shows women with the lowest Vitamin D get the most breast cancer. They should not be making up this bad advice as they go along.
Any bioidentical regimen will get rid of the symptoms you describe--but non Wiley hormones are much less expensive because they do not involve the ridiculous foil bags and syringes as a gimmick. Plus Wiley gets a kickback on your prescription. Real doctors don't get a kickback from the meds they prescribe.
I pay less than $40 per month for my hormones-- actually less since I get three months supply at a time. You can phone Women's International Pharmacy and ask for a doctor near you who prescribes bioidenticals.
