We're so glad that you found us here at EmpowHER. It sounds like you've had a rough ten years. You didn't mention how old you are; are you in perimenopause or menopause? I am assuming it's menopause since you've been dealing with it for a decade.
Have you ever had your hormones tested before this? Had you tried other hormone replacement therapy, either synthetic or bio-identical?
