I went to a Wiley Protocol doctor in Olney, Maryland for symptoms of PMS. After paying him $760.00, I got a prescription from knowles apothecary/compounding pharmacy for estradiol and progesterone creams. When my head started feeling like it was being squeezed in a vice and my period was coming 8 to 10 days later than it usually does, [name edited by EmpowHer] my doctor informed me that I would have to come in every week at the tune of $300 a visit to make adjustments, as he only caters to the elite. So I contacted Wiley and told them that during the estrogen phase, I got bad headaches and could they offer me any suggestions they told me to increase the amount of estrogen. I got tachycardia and my head felt like it would explode, so obviously, this was a wrong decision. I stopped the estrogen and called Wiley headquarters back. They told me I should go off the protocol since I was "doing my own thing anyway and not following their protocol". Jeez, thanks a lot Wiley. I checked thewileyprotocol website for answers and when I clicked on "about T.S. Wiley", I got that it was a corporation, no info. on T.S. Wiley herself. Ends up, she made this whole hormone protocol up and doesn't have the slightest training in endocrinology. She is a reporter/author. Thats it.
