It really doesn't matter if she was faking it or not, she is a black cloud and you should avoid people like that. personally I notice if someone complains all the time they are in pain and their life is unlivable, and doesn't kill themselves or die, they are usually faking it. I have all sorts of health problems, but I don't share them with others unless asked because people don't generally care. Be glad she moved out.
