I love coffee but I do not drink it too often because it triggers acidity in my stomach lining. Despite the fact that it contains anti-oxidants I lean more towards white and green teas which are far better in nutritional value. Current medical research supports the claim and we will be hearing more about tea soon. Most teas contain polyphenols which are anti-oxidants of higher nutritional value for the brain, weight management and prevention of oxidative stress.
