I posted a few times back about my own experiences. I'm a lot better now, and two things may be the reason; hormones are shifting from pre-menopause to menopause to the "other side". And I started focusing on alkaline producing foods. So cut way back on acidic forming foods, and wheat, white potatoes, and sugar. Lost quite a bit of weight, which wasn't a concern for me, but now I'm pretty thin. Also, just had my pulse checked and after 30 years of being around 83 beats per minute, I'm down to 64. I don't take naps anymore, and the pain is more normal for 56 years old. However, I feel like more exercise and more raw greens and fruit will help even more. But the awful pain in my legs upon rising is gone.
