May I make a suggestion, I don't know what you have but to relieve a lot of the pain You may want to try Tai Chi or Qi Gong. The chinese use this from of exercise to keep flexible and healthy. Go to Barns and noble or order from Amazon a DVD. But try to practice everyday.
