I'll be checking that out! I saw my Naturopath today, she was encouraged by my rise up from severe anemia. Even my heart was pumping softer and more as it should. The pain in my muscles upon rising, she believes is an iron/protein shortage. And my records show very low iron levels. Its a few "Catch-22's"... a properly working adrenal system, zinc and B12 is needed for the production of Hydrochloric Acid which is needed to break down the zinc and B12. Which is needed to help with stress relief vitamins like the B's, which a lack of; may result in enough stress to make the adrenal system tired. Pretty soon you have all these "Catch 22's" and you could go around and around. I'm taking Hydrochloric Acid with potassium, magnesium, calcium, lots of quality liquid whole food vitamins, and now Zyflamend, and iron/B12 shots. More blood tests to see how much I've brought up my blood count... etc.
She was familiar with the Zyflamend and said that was good, keep taking it. So thanks on that one, folks! She basically added more morning protein-type advice, even more exercise, and Yoga for the stress. :) Feewy, I'm tired just thinking about it! (lol)
