After reading earlier posts I ordered some Zyflamend. I've been taking it for about 5-6 days. I've also been taking on a little more mineral salt, because unlike a lot of folks I don't retain water, I seem to lose it fast. :) But the pain in my feet and legs in the mornings is much better. I'm holding my breath (actually trying to be sure and not do that). For some reason along with all of this I'm losing this very strange donut of fat around my lower back and belly, which was very weird because I'm fairly thin and active. I also take some natural digestive compound with other electrolytes, and a more alkaline diet, but until the Zyflamend was added to the mix nothing was helping. Seeing a Naturopath Monday to run this all by her. Would still like to know what is the relationship (science-wise) between poor digestion and the muscles.
