Hi, I have an update for everyone, I now weigh 135 lbs! I feel much better, I exercise everyday. I do still stiff sometimes in the morning or after really long periods of sitting. After NO help from doctors such as Rhumatologists, etc. I went to see a Chiropractor and diet/nutritionist. I had cold laser therapy done on my knees, hips, neck, and head. After three visits I felt so much better. It was kind of a "reset" of my brain waves talking with my muscles. She also told me that I might have Fibromyalga. But I feel so much better when I exercise everyday, I must move my legs, feet, arms, waist and get a good movement going. I still take my vitamins and Zaflamend. I cut down what "bad" foods I eat. I eat as clean as possible. It has made a big difference. To Anastasia above: Check what foods you are eating, and exercise everyday. I exercise even when it was painful, it actually helped relieve the pain, although not right away. I was not majorly overweight, but I knew that I was really not comfortable being the weigh I was, so I lost almost 30lbs. Just by exercising, work up a sweat and keep going. It really worked for me so far, I feel really really good.
